I’m a local Pratt Billion. I was on a city board in Pratt where I was being filmed, shooting out on YouTube everywhere. Here I was, the old snaggletooth chairman of the board.

Very embarrassing. After 10 years on the board, prior to coming to Dr. Shett, I was out. The thought of people seeing me without teeth was just, it was, it wasn’t in the cards.

You know, I always was goaded into smiling by my daughters and my wife. You know, a smile, a smile is, but now it’s, it’s totally different. It’s one of those things that, that it’s, it’s there, constant.

You see it every day and sometimes you overlook what’s there. When I went to see my urologist, she referred me to an otolaryngologist. Otolaryngologist said, when she walked in the room, she could tell I was touching my jocks.

I always thought it was stress relief. She said, you have a bad case of TMJ, and that’s when she said, try a dentist. And when I came in, I talked to Dr. Shett, told him what I was experiencing.

He said, okay, we’ll take care of it. And like I said, within two weeks of him doing the procedure, I felt so much better. And when I went back to my otolaryngologist, she said, you’re not clenching your teeth.

That’s the first thing she said. And I told her what I had done and who had done it. And she was so impressed.
